WeAretheFuture
program aims to provide financial
assistance to severely disadvantaged black students who lack the resources to pursue full-time studies. Private sector clients are encouraged to participate in the program to boost their BEE scorecard and significantly impact B-BBEE, resulting in an impressive scorecard.
This programme applies to individuals participating in the learnership, apprenticeship, and bursary programs.

HOW IT WORKS

As part of our commitment to BEE compliance, we are working with our partners to provide funding to learners ,apprentices or students who meet our clients' criteria. Our goal is to develop a skills development plan that aligns with B-BBEE codes to improve our clients' scorecard.

BENEFITS OF FUNDING A DISADVANTAGE BENEFICIARY

- Participating in WeAretheFuture will enable companies to save on recruitment costs and time.
- Enrolling unemployed individuals in the WeAretheFuture program allows for claiming of training costs.
- A tax break of R60 000.00 can be earned for each participant registered on a learnership.
- Investing 6% of the company's payroll in the training of black individuals earns a maximum of 8-points.
- To earn these 8-points, the company must invest 6% of its payroll in the training of black individuals.
The WeAretheFuture program offers assistance to unemployed youth with disabilities. By participating in the program, clients can earn an additional 4 points and 0.3% of the total payroll spent on learning programs for disabled black employees.
